We know there may be questions about how your free month of service is being applied. To make this simple and consistent for everyone, we’ve updated our subscription system to add one month free for everyone.

Below is exactly how this change applies depending on your situation:

 

1. If you already renewed in 2025We moved your next renewal date forward by one month.You now receive 13 months of service before your next renewal in 2026.

Example: You renewed in October 2025. Your new renewal month is now November 2026, giving you a full 13-month cycle.

 

2. If you have an outstanding invoiceYour current invoice should be paid as listed. This invoice now gives you a full 13-month plan.After you pay the invoice, we will shift your renewal date forward by one month for future cycles.

Example: If you currently have an invoice due and your renewal was scheduled for November, your renewal month going forward will be December, giving you 13 months for the 2025/2026 cycle.

 

3. If your renewal is later in 2025We’ve already applied your free month by moving your upcoming renewal date one month later.

Example: If your renewal was set for December 2025, it is now January 2026, giving you 13 months in your upcoming plan year.
