First Time Login from Old System

First time Login for All users

Please communicate the following steps directly to your members to ensure they can successfully access the new directory.

This “First time login” procedure only needs to be completed once.

Migration Instructions

  1. Navigate to app.onlinememberdirectory.com

  2. Click the option labeled “First time login from old system.”

  3. Next, You will be prompted to search for your old account via

    • Your First Name – Required:

    • Your Last Name – Required:

    • Your Old username or Email Address are not required but can be helpful to find your record.

  4. Confirm Identity: Once your record is found, review the displayed information to ensure it is you. Click “Yes, this is me” to proceed. (See verification Code Expiration Rule below.)

  5. Follow the prompts to migrate your account. Upon completion, you’ll be logged into the member directory.

 
 

Verification Code Expiration Rule

  • The system operates on a “Last Code Wins” principle.
  • Requesting a new code immediately invalidates all previously sent codes.
  • When the user clicks verify, that will send the first code or Code A. Only Code A will Verify your identity.
  • If they click ”SEND NEW CODE,” Code B is sent, making Code A invalid. They must now use Code B.
  • If they click “SEND NEW CODE” again, Code C is sent, making Code A and Code B invalid. They must now use Code C.
  • In short: Always enter the code from the very last email you received. If you never get an email, check for typos in your address.
